Tiago Melo (“we”, “our”, or “us”) built Photo Puzzle (“the App”) as a commercial application. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of information when you use the App.

Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. The App does not require you to create an account or provide any personal data.

Photos and Camera

The App requests access to your photo library and camera solely to allow you to select or take photos for creating puzzles. Your photos are stored locally on your device and are never uploaded to any server or shared with any third party.

In-App Purchases

The App offers in-app purchases (hint packs and a Pro upgrade) processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not have access to your payment information. Purchase records are managed by Apple and stored locally on your device for functionality purposes.

Advertising

The App displays ads provided by Google AdMob. Google may collect and use data to serve ads, including:

  • Device identifiers
  • IP address
  • General location (not precise)
  • App usage data related to ad interaction

The App uses Apple’s SKAdNetwork for ad attribution measurement, which does not track individual users.

Data Storage

All app data (puzzle progress, hints, settings) is stored locally on your device using on-device storage. No data is transmitted to external servers.

Children’s Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect any personal information from children. Since no personal data is collected from any user, the App is safe for use by all ages.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
